Please make sure of the following:

• Confirm your device is running Android 13 or later (To check go to: Settings > About Phone > Software information)

• Important: You must install security patches within 30 days from the date that they become available. If you do not, you will be subject to the mobile device unenrolment process.

• Have at least 2GB of free storage in your device to install work apps (To check go to: Settings > Battery and device care > Storage

• You know your Google ID and password

• You know your device passcode or pattern

• You know your company username (email address) and password

• You have access to the Internet from your device
